When booking your event with us, we work to take as much off your plate as we can to ensure you have the best, most relaxing experience on your special day. Once we have agreed on a contract and budget, Dragonfly Lakes will personally reach out to nearby companies to retrieve quotes for your beverage and catering needs.
Reception Area
With magnificent timber frame beams throughout, this space offers so many options to enjoy your reception with your loved ones without having to give the weather a second thought. Fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, and restrooms this space is perfect all year round. With enough space to comfortably fit up to 330 people, we invite you to let loose and let us worry about the rest!
Bridal Suite

Grooms Quarters

Outfitted with comfortable seating, entertainment options, and plenty of room to prepare, this space has everything needed to ensure the groom feels at ease. From heartfelt toasts to a few rounds of cards, the Groom’s Quarters is the perfect spot to create lasting memories with the ones who matter most before saying “I do.”

Our Fully Equipped Commercial Kitchen is a caterer’s dream, providing state-of-the-art appliances and ample space to prepare and serve your event’s menu with precision and ease. - We will take care of tables and chairs for both the ceremony and reception
- Any further décor is not included at this time

- Memento packing service so they’re all ready for you to pick up in the morning
Parking and Transportation
- For those that choose not to stay on site there is a large parking lot with up to 400 car capacity just a short walk from the venue
- Guest shuttle available for any of those who cannot or do not wish to make the walk
